Attach the following documents along with the Admission Form:
- 4 Attested copies of Matric Certificate/Mark Sheet.
- 1 Attested Copy of character certificated from the recently attended school/ Institute.
- 4 Passport size photographs (With Blue Background 1.5* 1.5)
- 1 B-Form Copy of the candidate.
- 1 CNIC copy of father/Guardian.
- Original Migration Certificate (If required).
Following is the curriculum detail set by the Gujranwala Board:
Compulsory Subject for FA, FSc, ICS & I.COM:
Urdu 100 Marks
English 100 Marks
Islamiyat Compulsory/Ethics 50 Marks (First Year)
Pakistan Studies 50 Marks (Second Year)
Elective Subjects (Candidate Can Select only one set from the following)
- FSc (Pre-Medical): Physics, Chemistry, Biology
- FSc (Pre-Engineering): Physics, Chemistry, Math
- C.S & General Science (Select Only One Set from the following):
- Math, Stat, Computer Science
- Math, Stat, Economics
- Math, Economics, Computer Science
- Math, Physics, Computer Science
- F.A (Arts) (Select Only One Set from the following):
- Islamiyat, Civics, Economics
- Islamiyat, History, Physical Education
- I.COM (First Year)
- Accounting (100 Marks)
- Principle of Economics (75 Marks)
- Principle of Commerce (75 Marks)
- Business Math (50 Marks)
- I.COM (Second Year)

Undergraduate Programmes (BS FYDP)
- It is important to be qualified according to the merit set by the college.
- Fill the form precisely and provide complete Information.
- Kindly follow the rules, regulations and instructions according to the admission form.
- Admission will be CANCELED if candidate provide the wrong Information.
- Principal/Admission Committee can Reject any Admission Form.
- 75% Attendance is compulsory to maintain for Students for the continuation of ADP otherwise Student get struck off from the college Roll.
